Kim's Day 90 of the Juice Cleanse

I'm on my 90th day of juicing. My morning juice was all organic celery, cucumber, parsley, lemon, kale, ginger and a radish. I also added Real Salt (for the minerals) and a sprinkle of cayenne (for cleansing). I can't express how incredible I feel! I have so much energy! And I also feel so blissful on the juice fast! This is such an amazing experience!!! If you feel too over whelmed to try a juice fast, I would just start out by adding fresh organic veggie juice to each of your meals. Then try replacing one of your meals with veggie juice. Then you can decide if you'd like to try all juice for one day or a few. If you want to jump right in and juice fast, shoot for 10 days, then see how you feel. Do more if you'd like or wait for another time. 
Breaking a juice fast. When Sean broke his juice fast the evening of his 63rd day, he ate a half of an avocado and had some soft fruit (nectarines, if I'm remembering correctly). His whole next week was the same plus a organic raw fruit and soaked nut and seed bar he had created. Now he's on an organic raw vegan diet. I've been creating a lot of fun dishes for him to try. We've been working on our first vegan (raw and cooked) cookbook. Before Sean and I opened our store, we were vegan (raw and cooked) chefs. We worked at the Go Raw Cafe for over a year before we had our own vegan personal chef service for several Las Vegas families. Personal Note: I've been vegan since 1991 and all organic since 1996, and Sean has been vegan and organic since 2002. Sean and I went 100% raw in 2003 to 2006 for Sean and 2007 for me and we've been high raw up until this summer when we went back to 100% raw.
